How do I know which service to book? +

If you're unsure which service is right for you, book based on your goal or reach out before scheduling. I'm always happy to help guide you toward the appointment that best fits your hair and desired result.

Do I need a consultation? +

Consultations are recommended for major color changes, corrective color, or if you'd like a personalized plan before booking. Consultation fees are applied toward your future appointment.

Do you offer vivid or fantasy colors? +

At this time, I do not offer vivid or fantasy color services. My focus is on blonding, dimensional color, gray blending, and natural-looking results.

What is included with blonding services? +

All blonding services include a K18 treatment and blowout. Haircuts and additional color services may be added for an additional charge.

How often should I maintain my color? +

Maintenance varies based on your service and desired look. Most guests return every 8–12 weeks for blonding services and every 4–8 weeks for gray coverage or all-over color.

What forms of payment do you accept? +

Hollow Eleven is a cashless studio. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Do you offer children's services? +

At this time, I do not offer children's services.

What if I don't know exactly what I want? +

That's completely okay. Bring inspiration photos, ideas, or simply a description of what you like and dislike. We'll create a plan together during your consultation.
